Thank you one and all!

The 28th Annual Bowl for Hospice was held on Saturday, February 19, 2011, in Paynesville and in our other hospice communities on Saturday, February 26. Thank you to bowlers and bowler sponsers who helped raise money for hospice care. And, thank you to the many business sponsors listed below that donated prizes and paid for expenses so all money raised can go to patient service.

We had a total of 397 bowlers who together raised $25, 738.75 - way to go! The Thompson Auto Glass team in Dawson raised $5,243, earning them the overall traveling trophy.

All of the money raised is used for services to assist terminally ill hospice patients in the entire Rice Hospice area, which includes the communities of Appleton, Benson, Dawnson, Granite Falls, Montevideo, Ortonville/Graceville, Paynesville, and Willmar. We'd also like to thank all of the volunteers who helped to make this event successful.

Thank you to our host bowling centers who donated the use of their facilities for the event!
